“ Was in the area for a medical appointment when I spotted this place across the street from the parking lot. Looked em up online, read some reviews, and decided to go ahead and check it out. I am SO GLAD that I did!!! The place is unassuming from the outside, with a few parking places in front of the store. Open the door and you are instantly transported to another world. It's not big, but it is extremely cute and charming. Very warm and inviting. The woman behind the counter was incredibly kind and very helpful in describing the menu options. Another customer arrived and was quick to share that this place has some of the best food in the entire Tampa area. He, and the other reviewers were right! The empanadas were baked, not fried, and at least as good, if not better, than any I've had before. And the flavor options were as numerous as they were delicious. In addition to the empanadas, I had to try the Spicy Cuban. OMG, this was an amazing sandwich! Pretty standard with the meats and cheese, but with spicy pickles and a delectable horseradish sauce on probably the best Cuban bread I've ever had - absolutely outstanding! To top it off, I got a selection of their homemade cookies. The shortbread cookie was quite possibly the best bite of my entire 2024! Bottom Line: you NEED to check this place out. Go now, and go often! And don't forget the cookies!!! ”
“ Such a cute place with amazing food and service! My aunt and I stopped in and we're greeted with welcoming staff; The steak and onion empanada was top teir and the hot spicy Cuban was just as good! As we left the lady was very sweet and gave us a sweet treat for my first time here(pictured) 10/10 will be back again! ”

My wife and I always appreciate baked empanadas and there was definitely a wide variety of selection here to choose from. I tried two of them I believe I had one that was like a Philly cheesesteak or something. It was delicious. The owner is very friendly and she avoids processed foods as much as possible in her baked goods. You can tell she cares and she is very proud of the amazing Empanadas she has created ”
